Marcus Britt’s steal and layup with 16 seconds left in overtime gave host Arkansas a 77-76 upset of No. 22 Kentucky on Wednesday night.

Rotnei Clarke scored 26 points, and Marshawn Powell had 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Razorbacks (17-10, 6-7 SEC).

Brandon Knight had 26 points and eight rebounds for Kentucky (19-8, 7-6 SEC).

The Wildcats went ahead 74-72 on Terrence Jones’ tip-in with 2:16 left in overtime. After Julysses Nobles pushed Arkansas ahead 75-74 with a 3-pointer with 1:58 left, Kentucky took a 76-75 lead on Jones’ jumper with 1:22 to go.

Kentucky held the lead and the ball with 19 seconds left, but Britt’s big play accounted for the final points. Knight missed three shots in the final seven seconds.

Arkansas grabbed a 64-61 lead on Clarke’s four-point play with 3:43 left in regulation. The Wildcats tied the game 68-68 on Darius Miller’s 3-pointer with 2:10 to go, and took a 70-68 lead on Knight’s jumper with 1:15 remaining.

Nobles’ layup with 33 seconds left tied the game at 70-70, and Knight missed two 3-point attempts in the final eight seconds of regulation.

Nobles finished with 10 points.

Josh Harrellson had 12 points and 14 rebounds for Kentucky.
