Khris Middleton scored 13 points and No. 17 Texas A&M scored the first 11 points of the second half en route to its fifth straight win, 61-47 over Oklahoma on Wednesday night in College Station, Tex.

The Aggies (22-5, 9-4 Big 12) strengthened their hold on third place in the Big 12 while sending the Sooners (12-15, 4-9 Big 12) to their sixth straight loss.

Nathan Walkup added 11 points and nine rebounds for Texas A&M, which trailed 26-25 at halftime before scoring the first 11 points of the second half. Oklahoma missed its first nine shots and four free throws in the opening five minutes.

Texas A&M held Oklahoma to 33-percent shooting from the field and the Aggies' bench outscored the Sooners reserves 18-3. A&M has now beaten Oklahoma four straight times.

Cade Davis was the lone player in double figures for the Sooners with a game-high 21 points.
