Markieff Morris scored 26 points on 8-of-10 shooting and added 15 rebounds as No. 1 Kansas dominated visiting Colorado en route to an 89-63 victory Saturday.

Brady Morningstar and Marcus Morris added 16 points apiece for the Jayhawks (25-2, 10-2 Big 12), who bounced back from a rare loss earlier in the week.

Alec Burks scored 15 points for the Buffaloes (16-11, 5-7), who squandered an opportunity to add a signature win to an NCCA at-large resume that has taken some big hits with the team dropping seven of its last nine games.

Kansas went up, 48-31, at the break as Morningstar went 6 of 8 from the floor, including 4 of 5 from beyond the arc, in the first half.

The Morris brothers took over in the second half as the Jayhawks dominated on the inside, building a 39-25 advantage on the glass. Colorado could not get any closer than 60-48 the rest of the way, managing only three field goals in the final 10 minutes.
