Three Maryland players scored in double figures as the Terrapins used a strong second half to secure a 74-63 win over Georgia Tech on Sunday at the Alexander Memorial Coliseum in Atlanta.

Maryland (14-7, 4-3 ACC) got a game-high 21 points and 15 rebounds from sophomore center Jordan Williams, and Sean Mosley scored 16 points to give the Terrapins their third straight win.

Maryland used an 8-0 run to take a 59-48 lead with 10:08 left in the game before Georgia Tech battled back. The Yellow Jackets cut the lead to four points on a Mfon Udofia layup with 3:30 left, but that was as close as the Yellow Jackets got, as the Terrapins played tough defense, forcing 18 Georgia Tech turnovers in the game.

The win is a confidence booster for Maryland, which hosts No. 3 Duke on Wednesday.

Glen Rice Jr. scored 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead Georgia Tech (10-10, 3-4 ACC), which has dropped two of its last three games.
