Trey Thompkins scored 25 points to lead host Georgia to a 77-70 upset of No. 11 Kentucky Saturday in Athens.

Thompkins led four Bulldog starters in double figures. Gerald Robinson had 17 points, Travis Leslie added 15 and Dustin Ware finished with 10 to fuel a balanced Georgia attack.

The Bulldogs (12-2, 1-0 SEC) won their ninth straight game and now head on a two-game SEC road trip, starting with Wednesday's test at No. 24 Vanderbilt.

Terrence Jones led Kentucky with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Doron Lamb came off the bench for 18 for the Wildcats, who shot 38 percent from the field.

Kentucky (12-3, 0-1 SEC) lost for the first since Dec. 4. The Wildcats will look to bounce back at home against Auburn Tuesday.
