Thunder 93, Heat 75: Enes Kanter returned from an ankle injury to record 27 points and 12 rebounds as host Oklahoma City soared past Miami.

Russell Westbrook delivered his 10th triple-double of the season, matching his career best of 17 assists and adding 12 points and 10 rebounds. Mitch McGary had 14 points and eight rebounds, Anthony Morrow scored 12 points and Steven Adams had 10 points and 10 rebounds as the Thunder moved three games ahead of New Orleans for the eighth spot in the Western Conference.

Hassan Whiteside had 13 points for the Heat, who remained 1 1/2 games behind the sixth-place Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference. Dwyane Wade, Goran Dragic and Mario Chalmers added 12 points apiece as Miami had a three-game winning streak halted.

Oklahoma City led by eight entering the fourth quarter but used a 13-4 run to open up a 79-62 lead on a layup by Dion Waiters. A basket by Morrow capped an 8-0 burst to make it a 22-point margin with 3:14 remaining to put the Heat away.

Kanter had 19 points on 9-of-12 shooting in the first half as the Thunder led 48-38 at the break. Oklahoma City increased the lead to 10 late in the third before settling for a 66-58 advantage entering the final stanza.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Westbrook also had four of Oklahoma City’s 11 steals. … The Heat were just 3-of-18 from 3-point range. … The Thunder collected 22 offensive rebounds and possessed a 52-40 advantage.
