Warriors 104, Mavericks 89:
Stephen Curry scored 22 points and made five 3-point baskets and Draymond Green added 18 points and nine rebounds as host Golden State dismantled Dallas.

Klay Thompson had 16 points and Andrew Bogut had 13 rebounds and three blocked shots for the Warriors, who have won nine of their past 12 games. Harrison Barnes and Marreese Speights added 12 points apiece and Shaun Livingston had 10 points, a season-best 10 rebounds and three blocked shots as Golden State improved to 26-2 at home.

Dirk Nowitzki and Rajon Rondo scored 14 points apiece for the Mavericks, who have lost four of their last five games. Nowitzki was 5-of-16 shooting and Monta Ellis had six points on 2-of-14 shooting as Dallas shot 36.8 percent from the field and was outrebounded 51-34.

Golden State led by 12 points entering the third quarter and quickly expanded it to 66-48 on Green’s 3-pointer with 7:18 remaining and the lead was 82-64 entering the final quarter. The Mavericks were unable to make a charge and the Warriors increased the lead to 27 on Festus Ezeli’s basket with 5:15 to play while finishing up their sixth consecutive victory over Dallas.

The Mavericks led by six in the opening quarter before Golden State scored 12 straight points to take the lead for good at 20-14. Curry hit four first-half 3-pointers while scoring 16 points and the Warriors held Dallas to 33.3 percent shooting while taking a 52-40 lead into the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Mavericks failed to reach 100 points for the ninth time in 11 games. … Golden State was 11-of-23 from 3-point range and 17-of-19 from the free-throw line. … Dallas SF Chandler Parsons (ankle) missed his seventh straight game but might return for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
