Gordon Hayward scored 25 points as visiting Utah bounced back from a last-second loss at Boston on Wednesday for a fourth win in five games.

Hayward shot 9-of-10 from the line and added nine rebounds and four assists for the Jazz, who have won eight of 11 during their best stretch of the season. Derrick Favors had 15 points and 10 rebounds and Rudy Gobert added 15 rebounds as Utah held Philadelphia to 36.4-percent shooting and outscored the Sixers 29-9 from the line.

Nerlens Noel had 10 points, 11 rebounds and tied a career high with six steals for the 76ers, who have lost four in a row and nine of 10. Isaiah Canaan scored 16 points and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute and Ish Smith 14 as Philadelphia got a combined three points on 1-of-15 shooting from starters Jason Richardson and JaKarr Sampson.

After Mbah a Moute drained a 3-pointer to provide Philadelphia a 50-46 lead with 6:43 to play in the third quarter, Hayward and Elijah Millsap scored four apiece as Utah closed the quarter on an 18-5 run. Hayward scored six during an 8-2 run that pushed the edge to 75-63 with six minutes left and the Jazz easily closed out their fifth straight win in the series.

Philadelphia got eight points apiece from Mbah a Moute and Smith in the first quarter to offset 12 by Hayward to lead 24-21 and pushed its lead to nine early in the second period on consecutive hoops by Thomas Robinson. Rodney Hood and Gobert scored five each during a 20-9 run before Jerami Grant drained a 3-pointer to provide the Sixers a 42-41 edge at the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Philadelphia F Robert Covington returned after missing two games (elbow) and shot 1-of-8 for five points while Grant left in the third quarter with back spasms. … Utah has held opponents to 85 points or fewer seven times in the last 11 games, including the last five. … Robinson had 11 points and 12 rebounds and has 51 points and 50 rebounds in his first six games with the team while playing less than 17 minutes per game.
