Jazz 102, Kings 90: Gordon Hayward scored 30 points as host Utah defeated Sacramento to snap a three-game losing streak.

Derrick Favors contributed 20 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three blocked shots as the Jazz won for only the second time in seven games. Enes Kanter had 17 points and 13 rebounds and Trey Burke scored 10 points off the bench for Utah.

DeMarcus Cousins had 27 points and 10 rebounds while Ben McLemore added 15 points for the Kings, who have lost 11 of their last 12 games. Omri Casspi and Ramon Sessions scored 11 points apiece and Reggie Evans grabbed 11 rebounds while Sacramento shot just 39 percent from the field.

The Kings trailed by 14 points entering the fourth quarter but never made a sustained run. The Jazz increased their lead to 21 early in the period and Cousins fouled out with 4:58 remaining as Sacramento fell to 7-15 on the road.

Utah led by as many as 14 in the second quarter and Hayward scored 17 first-half points as the Jazz took a 49-39 lead into the break. A 15-2 surge boosted Utah’s lead to 64-51 with eight minutes left in the third quarter before Sacramento cut its deficit to 75-61 entering the final stanza.
