Thunder 98, Hornets 75: Russell Westbrook scored 29 points to lead the way as Oklahoma City ended visiting Charlotte's season-best four-game winning streak.

Serge Ibaka collected 13 points, a season-high 14 rebounds and four blocked shots for the Thunder, who were without star Kevin Durant (ankle) for the fifth straight game. Charlotte native Anthony Morrow contributed 11 points off the bench for Oklahoma City.

Brian Roberts scored 17 points and Marvin Williams added 11 as Charlotte remained winless in seven trips to Oklahoma City since the Thunder moved there in 2008. The Hornets' starters combined for 30 points as Charlotte shot 28.7 percent overall and was 5-for-24 from 3-point range.

The Hornets held their only lead of the game at 2-0 before Oklahoma City reeled off nine straight points and led by as many as 14 before settling for a 33-24 advantage after one quarter. Charlotte went 7-for-24 from the field in the second quarter and was outscored 26-16 in the period as the Thunder built a 59-40 lead at the break.

Cody Zeller's dunk trimmed the deficit to 14 early in the third quarter, but Ibaka and Westbrook led a 17-4 burst to open it up and Morrow hit a 3-pointer to put the Thunder up 81-56 entering the fourth. The Hornets managed only one field goal over a span of more than five minutes in the fourth quarter as Oklahoma City stretched the lead to 31 before coasting to the finish.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Westbrook has scored at least 25 points in a career-high 11 straight games, the longest streak in the NBA this season. … Charlotte C Al Jefferson was held to four points on 2-of-7 shooting while PG Kemba Walker scored six points on 2-of-13 from the field. … Charlotte SG Lance Stephenson missed his fifth straight games with a pelvic strain.
