Kings 102, Pacers 101 (OT): Carl Landry’s putback with 0.8 seconds left allowed host Sacramento to knock off Indiana and break a four-game losing streak.

Rudy Gay scored 27 points but was off the mark with his 15-footer in the final seconds and Landry collected the rebound and scored to cap his 14-point, seven-rebound effort. Darren Collison added 20 points and four steals for the Kings, who played without center DeMarcus Cousins (viral infection) for the fourth straight game.

David West had 16 points and eight rebounds and Rodney Stuckey and C.J. Watson scored 14 apiece for the Pacers, who lost their fourth consecutive contest. Watson scored five straight in overtime, including a basket that gave Indiana a 101-100 lead with 1:02 left.

The Pacers trailed by 13 early in the fourth quarter before closing within 88-82 on Lavoy Allen’s three-point play with 6:05 left in regulation. Stuckey’s fast-break basket pulled Indiana within 94-92 with 1:33 left and West’s jumper in traffic tied the score at 96 with 28.1 seconds to play.

The Kings opened some distance with 15 unanswered points in the opening quarter and led 56-45 at the break. The lead reached 17 on two free throws by Gay with 5:03 left in the third quarter before the Pacers cut Sacramento’s advantage to 80-72 entering the fourth quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK: SG Ben McLemore had 12 points and PF Jason Thompson had 10 rebounds for the Kings. … C Roy Hibbert blocked two shots to raise his career total to 906 and move into fourth place in Pacers’ history, breaking a tie with Dale Davis. … The victory was Sacramento’s first in 15 games without Cousins over the past two seasons.
