Duncan keyed a quick 8-0 spurt as San Antonio cut the deficit to 82-77 before Green and Ginobili hit back-to-back 3-pointers to pull the Spurs within one with two minutes remaining in the final frame.

Williams sank a pair of free throws to put Brooklyn on top 88-85 before Green nailed a clutch triple with 2.4 seconds left to send the game to overtime. Joe Johnson knocked down a jumper to give the Nets a 95-90 lead before Green made another huge 3-pointer to close the gap to two with 1:38 left in the extra session, and San Antonio had a chance to win it but Ginobili's pull-up 3-point attempt fell short of the mark.
