Spurs 121, Timberwolves 92:
Tony Parker scored 28 points to lead visiting San Antonio past shorthanded Minnesota.

Parker was 12-of-18 from the floor and made all three of his 3-point tries as the Spurs went 13-of-21 from beyond the arc. Danny Green scored 18 points and Kawhi Leonard had 14 for San Antonio, which has won three straight and six of seven.

Already without three starters, the Timberwolves announced before the game that guard Kevin Martin - who scored 71 points over the previous two games - was out indefinitely with a broken wrist. Anthony Bennett scored a career-high 20 points, Mo Williams registered 15 and rookie Andrew Wiggins had 14 as Minnesota lost for the sixth time in seven games.

Parker hit a late 3-pointer to give San Antonio a 59-48 lead at halftime and had a basket and an assist during a 9-0 burst in the third as the lead grew to 22. Wiggins scored the next nine points for Minnesota but the hosts went over five minutes without a basket late in the period and trailed 91-62 entering the fourth.

Bennett tried to make it a respectable margin with nine points in the first six minutes of the final quarter but it barely made a dent as the Spurs recorded their fourth double-digit win during the 6-1 surge. Austin Daye hit three 3-pointers in the fourth quarter alone and finished with season highs of 13 points and 11 rebounds.

GAME NOTEBOOK: G Ricky Rubio (ankle), C Nikola Pekovic (wrist) and F Thaddeus Young (personal) were already sidelined for the Timberwolves. ... Spurs G Marco Belinelli returned from an eight-game absence due to a groin injury and scored five points in 10 minutes. ... San Antonio F Tim Duncan made his only three shots while recording a team-high 10 rebounds and four blocks.
