Grizzlies 119, Rockets 93: Mike Conley scored 19 points to lead seven players in double figures as Memphis routed Houston to extend its franchise-record home winning streak to 20 games.

Courtney Lee scored 15 points and Zach Randolph added 14 and seven rebounds for the Grizzlies, who have not lost a regular-season home game since Feb. 11. Reserves Jon Leuer, Beno Udrih and Quincy Pondexter each had 13 points for Memphis, which scored 31 points off 21 Houston turnovers.

Trevor Ariza scored 16 points and Dwight Howard added 15 points and nine rebounds to lead the Rockets. Leading scorer James Harden was limited to six points on 1-of-8 shooting after entering the game averaging 25.5 points.

The Rockets led by as many as four early, but Memphis closed the first quarter with a 13-0 run and never led Houston back in it. The Grizzlies pushed the margin as wide as 25 before settling for a 65-42 halftime lead.

Houston twice pulled within 20 early in the third quarter but couldn't close the gap farther, as Conley answered each time and the Grizzlies reeled off a 12-2 spurt to stretch it to 85-55. Memphis led 97-66 after three periods and both teams emptied their benches in the final stanza.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Memphis' 65 first-half points are 10 more than Houston had allowed in the first half in any of its first 10 games this season. … Houston has shot 21.4 percent from 3-point range in the past three games after hitting 40.3 percent in its first eight games. … The Rockets dropped to 6-1 on the road.
