Nets 116, Thunder 85:
Brook Lopez scored 18 points in his season debut as host Brooklyn cruised past shorthanded Oklahoma City.

Alan Anderson scored 18 points and Deron Williams had 17 to go with nine assists as the Nets halted a five-game home losing streak against the Thunder. Joe Johnson scored 13 points and Bojan Bogdanovic had 12 for Brooklyn, which went 11-of-23 from 3-point range and committed just eight turnovers for the second straight game.

Reggie Jackson returned from an ankle injury and led Oklahoma City with 23 points. Perry Jones and Sebastian Telfair scored 16 points apiece and Serge Ibaka had 15 points and nine rebounds for the Thunder, who suited up just nine players and remain without Kevin Durant (foot) and Russell Westbrook (hand).

Lopez returned from a foot injury and had seven points in the first half before asserting himself by scoring nine in the third quarter, including two three-point plays. The Nets led 85-62 beginning the final stanza but a 10-0 run early in the fourth pushed the lead to 31 points and further put it out of reach.

Brooklyn knocked down five 3-pointers in the first quarter while bolting to a 13-point lead. The advantage reached 22 just past the midway point of the second quarter and the Nets led 59-40 at the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
Anderson was 7-of-8 from the field and made all four of his 3-point attempts. … The Thunder shot just 39 percent from the field and 61.9 percent from the free-throw line. … Lopez blocked two shots to raise his total to 600 and moved into third-place in franchise history, passing Mike Gminski.
