Timberwolves 122, Heat 121 (2OT):
Kevin Love had 28 points and 11 rebounds and Corey Brewer hit the decisive free throw late in double overtime as visiting Minnesota outlasted Miami in one of the most thrilling games of the NBA season.

The Timberwolves went on an 8-2 run in the second overtime to take a 119-117 lead on Love's 3-pointer with 29 seconds left and led by three until Chris Bosh tied it up from long range with 10 seconds to go. Love then worked the ball inside to Brewer, who was fouled on a wild shot with 1.8 seconds left and made 1-of-2 before Ray Allen's tough fadeaway hit the front of the rim at the buzzer.

LeBron James had 34 points, eight rebounds, five assists and four steals while Bosh and Mario Chalmers each contributed 24 points for Miami, which fell back into a virtual tie with Indiana for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Chase Budinger scored 24 points off the Minnesota bench while Ricky Rubio notched 13 points and 14 assists for the Timberwolves, who were officially eliminated from postseason contention with a win by Memphis earlier in the night.

After Love's 3-pointer rimmed out at the end of regulation, the teams exchanged the lead 10 times in the first overtime, the final time on Love's basket with 14 seconds left before Chalmers split a pair of foul shots with 1.9 seconds to go. James' layup early in the second OT gave Miami the lead and he added two foul shots with 1:10 left, but Rubio's layup with a minute to play drew Minnesota within 117-116 before Love hit his go-ahead bucket.

James scored the final 12 Miami points of the third quarter, but the Heat trailed 77-75 entering the fourth and fell behind 93-86 on Ronny Turiaf's dunk with three minutes left in regulation. Chalmers had a three-point play before James' layup made it 97-96 with 31 seconds left and, after a steal by James, Chalmers split a pair of free throws with 3.9 seconds left.
