Lance Stephenson returned from a one-game layoff to rest a sore hip and scored a season-high 21 points for the Pacers. Paul George and Tyler Hansbrough added 16 apiece.

Indiana stymied Houston All-Star James Harden for the second time this season, limiting him to 22 points on 6-of-24 shooting. Harden went 11-for-43 from the floor in two games, both losses, against the Pacers this season.

Hibbert scored twice in the game's first 94 seconds and Indiana never trailed, breaking out to an early 25-9 lead to set the tone. The lead was as high as 19 points in the second quarter.

Houston rallied to within 84-79 on Harden's three-point play with 9:04 left, but the high-scoring Rockets managed just four baskets the rest of the way in losing for the first time in four games.
