Caron Butler had 21 points and Lamar Odom scored a season-high 18 as host Los Angeles completed a four-game season sweep of Utah.

Blake Griffin also scored 18 points and Jamal Crawford added 12 as the Clippers won for the fifth time in six games.

Gordon Hayward scored 23 points, Paul Millsap added 19 and Al Jefferson scored 16 as the Jazz dropped to 10-19 on the road.

Los Angeles led 51-49 at halftime before dominating the third quarter. The Clippers began the half with a 23-4 surge over the first seven-plus minutes and shot 59.1 percent in the stanza to take an 87-69 lead into the final quarter.

Odom’s jumper gave the Clippers a 104-84 edge with 5:26 to play before Utah scored eight straight points to pull within 12. Los Angeles held off the late charge to wrap up its first sweep of the Jazz since the 1978-79 season, when the Clippers were located in San Diego and the Jazz called New Orleans home.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The 20-point outing was Butler’s fourth of the season. … Utah was a dreadful 1-of-15 from 3-point range. … DeAndre Jordan grabbed 12 rebounds to help the Clippers to a 46-39 edge on the boards.
