Pacers 98, Pistons 79: Roy Hibbert scored 18 points to lead six players in double figures and grabbed 11 rebounds as Indiana cruised to its 12th consecutive home win.

Tyler Hansbrough collected 14 points and 11 rebounds off the bench and Lance Stephenson contributed 12 points and 11 boards for the Pacers, who snapped a three-game losing streak and improved to 17-3 at home. George Hill scored 15 points and David West added 14 for Indiana.

Greg Monroe racked up 18 points and nine rebounds, Rodney Stuckey scored 14 points and Will Bynum added 13 off the bench for Detroit, which has lost four of five overall and 12 of its last 15 meetings with Indiana.

The Pacers never trailed, but it was close until Indiana closed the second quarter on an 18-2 run to take a 54-36 halftime lead. Stephenson and Hibbert combined for 14 points during the pivotal stretch.

The Pistons briefly pulled within nine with 6:45 left in the third quarter, but the Pacers reeled off six straight points and didn't let the lead dip to single digits again.
