Spurs 104, Pacers 97: Tony Parker scored a season-high 33 points as visiting San Antonio overcame a 17-point deficit and posted its 11th straight victory over the Pacers.

Parker made his first eight shots and finished 15-of-23 from the floor as the Spurs outscored the Pacers 51-27 over the final 18-plus minutes. Tim Duncan collected 22 points and 17 rebounds for his eighth double-double while Manu Ginobili added 19 off the bench

David West led the way for the Pacers with 22 points. Paul George, who had a record-setting nine 3-pointers Wednesday, added 15 as Indiana did not get a basket in the final 5 1/2 minutes and missed its last 14 shots.

The Pacers held a 70-53 advantage on a layup by Lance Stephenson with 6:35 remaining in the third but the Spurs were within four heading into the fourth on Parker's layup with 2.4 seconds remaining.

San Antonio was down by four with 5 1/2 minutes remaining but tied the game at 95-95 on Gary Neal's jumper a minute later. The Spurs never trailed after Parker's pull-up jumper with 4:32 remaining.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Duncan reached 20 points in three straight games for the first time since the 2009-2010 season. ... Parker had a hand in San Antonio's first 13 baskets as he also handed out five assists while making his first eight shots. ... After getting his first triple-double Wednesday, Indiana center Roy Hibbert had 10 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks.
