Spurs 101, Pacers 79: Gary Neal scored 17 points and Tim Duncan had 14 points and 11 rebounds as San Antonio cruised past visiting Indiana for the first 4-0 start in franchise history.

DeJuan Blair had 14 points and 11 rebounds and Stephen Jackson contributed 12 points as the Spurs’ reserves combined for 57 points on 22-of-38 shooting.

Former Spurs guard George Hill scored 15 points and Paul George added 14 for Indiana, which has lost 10 consecutive games against San Antonio.

The Spurs led by 20 points with just over three minutes left in the first half before Indiana reeled off 11 straight points to trail 47-38 at halftime. San Antonio used a 10-0 run early in the fourth quarter to build a 21-point cushion and pulled away.

The Spurs shot 47.1 percent from the field to become the first team to top 40 percent against Indiana this season. The Pacers shot just 34.2 percent and committed 19 turnovers.
